The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OfficeTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment decisions based on App usage.

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service of the platform from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
