• Attendance Records: Your daily attendance logs (office, work from home, leave)
• Company Details: Company name and office location you provide during setup
• App Preferences: Your tracking mode, notification settings, and monthly targets
• Usage Analytics: Basic app functionality metrics stored locally for performance optimization

Location Data

If you choose the "Auto Smart Detection" tracking mode:

• Location data is used only to determine if you're near your office location
• GPS coordinates are processed locally and never transmitted to external servers
• You can switch to "Manual Entry" mode at any time to disable location access
• Location checks occur at scheduled times and when you open the app

Third-Party Services

OfficeTrack uses minimal third-party services:

• Holiday API: Public holiday data for attendance calculations (no personal data shared)
• Address Search: Company address suggestions during setup (no personal data stored)
• App Store Analytics: Basic download and crash reporting through Apple/Google

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your personal data to third parties. Your attendance records remain private and local to your device.

Data Security

Your data security is ensured through:

• Local device storage using platform-standard encryption
• No cloud synchronization or server storage
• Regular app updates to maintain security standards

Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• All data can be deleted through the app's "Erase & Reset" function
• Uninstalling the app removes all stored data
• No data recovery is possible once deleted (as we don't store backups)

Children's Privacy

OfficeTrack is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
